Short bio:

I am a PhD candidate at the Economics Department of Tilburg University (Netherlands) expecting to defend my dissertation in Spring 2020. In 2016 I started the research phase of the PhD under the supervision of Gonzague Vannoorenberghe,  Burak Uras and Sjak Smulders.  In 2016 I graduated from the CentER Research Master program. I completed the undergraduate program International Economics at the University Tübingen, Germany, in 2014. During my undergrad I also took classes in English, Spanish and Geography and spent one semester in Buenos Aires, at UCA.

During the summer breaks as well as before starting the Research Master I interned at the Deutsche Bundesbank, ifo Institute Munich, KfW Development Bank and MFC commodities, a trading company.

In my free time I play basketball for TSBV Pendragon and referee at the club level. Also, I enjoy windsurfing, traveling and photography.
